Firm Launches New Regional Practice Initiative Focused upon Wealth Accumulation and Preservation,  Sophisticated Estate Planning, Business Succession Planning and Complex Probate and Trust Administration

On May 1, 2008, the CWS&S  was proud to announce that Attorney Christopher A. Junker had joined the firm as the director of a new regional initiative focused upon wealth accumulation and preservation, sophisticated estate planning, business succession planning and complex probate and trust administration.

With 24 years experience in Pennsylvania estate, trust, and financial planning, Mr. Junker brings to the firm an extensive administration and planning background to help the firm's regional clients with their personal, financial, business and estate planning needs and with complex probate and trust administration issues..

Mr. Junker is is a graduate of Alfred University and Syracuse University College of Law and was admitted to Pennsylvania legal practice in 1986.  He has extensive planning, probate and trust administration experience with major banks in New York and Pennsylvania.  He currently is a trustee of the Presbytery of Lake Erie and serves on the board of directors for the Crawford Heritage Foundation, the Meadville Public Library, Greendale Cemetery and the Crawford County Regional Airport Authority.    

An active member of the Crawford and Erie County Bar Associations, he serves on the executive committee and is the immediate past co-chairman of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Charitable Organizations Committee and is a trust planning lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
