Glenn A. W. Thompson was born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, on November 25, 1959.  He attained his B.A., cum laude, from Allegheny College in 1981, his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1984, and his LL.M. in International Business Legal Studies from the University of Exeter (England) in 1991.

Mr. Thompson is a member of the Crawford County, Pennsylvania (Member of the Ad Hoc Committee on Third Party Opinions) and American (Member of the International law Section) Bar Associations.

Mr Thompson practices with the firm's Business, Real Estate and General Practice Group and focuses his practice on real estate, estate planning and rural electric cooperative law.
