Our Mission

It is our mission to provide quality, timely and economical legal services to our clients.  Through a carefully balanced program of direct service and specialty consultations and referrals, we seek to manage and to service all of the legal needs of our clients.  We accomplish our goals through the efforts of a legal and support staff of the highest quality and through the maintenance of strong relationships with urban firms which provide specialty support in specific areas of legal concern.


Firm History and Profile

Stuart A. Culbertson began his practice of law in Meadville, Pennsylvania in 1928. In the fall of 1972, Mr. Culbertson joined with E. Max Weiss and Russell L. Schetroma in the establishment of a partnership which is the direct predecessor of the current firm.  Mr. Culbertson retired from the practice in 1975 and died in 1988.  The firm then benefited from the participation of Willis E. Schug who joined the partnership after the retirement of Mr. Culbertson.  Mr. Schug retired and died in 1997.  The firm currently consists of ten attorneys practicing in two divisions, the litigation division and the business, real estate and general practice division.
