| E. Max Weiss was born
on September 4, 1947 in Palm, Pennsylvania. He attained is bachelor of
science degree from the Susquehanna University in 1969. He attained his
Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law in 1972.
Mr. Weiss is active in the Northwest
Pennsylvania Section of the American Inns of Court.
While at Dickinson, Mr. Weiss served as the
Assistant Supplement Editor for Laub’s Pennsylvania Trial Guide.
He is a member of the Crawford County (President, 1991),
Pennsylvania (Member of the Civil Litigation Section), and
American Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers
Association; the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; the
Pennsylvania Defense Institute; the Pennsylvania Township
Solicitors Association; the Pennsylvania Borough Solicitors
Associations; the
Defense Research Institute and the American Health Lawyers Association.
Mr. Weiss focuses his practice on civil
litigation, product liability, insurance law and personal injury
matters. Mr. Weiss chairs the firm’s litigation division
and is an active Mediator in civil matters.
