NOTICE: We regret to report that we have discontinued our discussion groups for Municipal Solicitors, Realtors® and those interested in Eastern Oil and Gas Law as of June 1, 2007 because those three discussion centers had become the target of malicious hackers.  We will reinstitute discussion groups on topics of interest as soon as we identify a reasonably reliable security technology to permit such groups to function without the distraction of hacker nonsense.
